Room Changes
On August 30th, if you have a child in our Nursery you will need to be aware of a few things.

But don't be sad! It is a change that prepares us for growth!
The Birth through One Year Old room will not change it's location. It will continue to be the same place it has been.
However, the room next to it will change. It will become the next age up, One to Two Year Old room. Further, as you continue down the hall on the left side, you will find the next age group, the Two to Three Plus room. (There are called Three Plus because in order to be ready to be promoted out of this room the child must be age three AND be potty trained.)
The next room is right across the hall and it is where the next age group will be taught. That room is for the children age Three Plus to Pre-Kindergarten.

There are a few reasons why the rooms are changing.
- We have looked at the classes and their possible size growth and have concluded that this is the best use of space relative to the number of children those rooms can hold;
- This makes it easy for a new family to find where their children go initially but also makes it easy to understand where the children are going next;
- It enables our new Preschool to set up their classroom in a room that will not (temporarily) be used on Sunday and Wednesday nights. This creates less sanitizing of toys and less tear down/set up for the Preschool teachers;
- It maximizes the layout and facilities of each individual room.
Thank you! If you have any question please let us know through email (see the link at the bottom of every page) or by calling the church office.
